Practical Informations
| Studios: There are an inside studio and a big open space outside in the shadow, both with elastic wooden floor. |

| Meals: Apulian cooking is tasty and natural at the same
time: "orecchiette"(fresh hand-made pasta), focaccia (kind of pizza),
mozzarella and other fresh cheeses, fishes and various vegetable and fruit from
the area, olive oil and wine produced in Itria Valley...

Meals organization:
breakfast and a light lunch are prepared together, the dinner is prepared by a
cook. |
| Temperature: in Apulia is summer from May to October, and it
rarely rains: temperature can be quite hot but in Itria Valley a fresh breeze
allows to dance during the day. At night climate gets colder: bring a sweater! |
| Arrive/departure: the closer village (Cisternino) is 5 km. far from the
Casina and there is no public transportation. All the participants are always
picked up at Ostuni station in the afternoon (7 p.m.) of the day before the
beginning of every workshop.

for connections by train. Try to be in time! Otherwise you can ask to us if we can call a taxi (around 25 euro to get from the station of Ostuni to Casina). | Departure:
the morning after the last day of the workshop at 11 p.m. we organize cars to
drive everybody to the station. Attention: if you can't arrive or leave in these time, you have to book a taxi. Ask to organisation how to do it in time! |

And all around villages as Ostuni, Martina franca, Cisternino, Alberobello are well known for the remarkable beauty of their architecture (Romanesque and baroque style). You must have a walk in the old historical parts of these villages! See tourist information on the web
