Arts of Movement

Sin­ce 1993 Casi­na Set­tar­te has been a pla­ce of research and expe­ri­men­ta­tion of the dif­fe­rent lan­gua­ges of impro­vi­sa­tion and edu­ca­tion in the arts of move­ment: from phy­si­cal thea­tre, to sin­ging, to mar­tial arts, to medi­ta­tion, with a par­ti­cu­lar focus on dan­ce and Con­tact Impro­vi­sa­tion.

We think with the body. The body is our gui­de. It’s just a mat­ter of lear­ning to listen to it.
